Chisholm Summit Brings New Homes Parks and Jobs to Burleson

Burleson's northwest side is entering a new chapter, and Chisholm Summit is the reason. This large mixed-use development will eventually bring roughly 3,066 homes, more than 100 acres of dedicated parkland, over 10 miles of trails, 28 acres of commercial space, and a 106-acre medical and professional office district to the city. A fiscal analysis projected the project adds $1.15 billion in taxable value to Burleson and grows citywide sales tax collections by roughly ten percent. Lot releases to builders are expected this summer, meaning real construction is not far away. Head to the city of Burleson's website to follow the project as it moves forward.
